Bishop Pashapa's journey began over 37 years ago, driven by a deep calling to serve God. As the Founder and Bishop of Life and Liberty Churches International, he has nurtured the growth of the church, now encompassing 6 assemblies in 7 locations across Zimbabwe. His vision extends beyond establishing churches; he is passionate about equipping others for ministry, believing in the power of raising leaders who will impact nations.

A Distinguished Academic Career: Bridging Faith and Academia

Bishop Pashapa's commitment to education is evident in his own impressive academic achievements and his dedication to teaching. He holds a PhD and MA from the University of Zimbabwe, further enriching his theological foundation with a BA. Honours from the renowned Spurgeon's College in London. 

His fluency in Hebrew and his decade-long tenure as a lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe highlight his dedication to scholarship and his passion for sharing knowledge.

International Impact: Extending Ministry Across Borders

Bishop Pashapa's ministry reaches far beyond the borders of Zimbabwe. He and his wife, Irene, spent two transformative years in Singapore, where he served as an Adjunct Professor at Bethany International University.

During this time, he co-planted a church with Pastor Pritam Singh, further expanding his global impact. His ministry also extended to Japan, where he preached and taught for over two months.

Championing Prison Reform and Socially Engaged Leadership

Beyond his pastoral and academic work, Bishop Pashapa demonstrates a deep commitment to social justice and community development. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Prison Ministries International - Africa Chaplaincy Association (AFCA) working tirelessly to bring hope and rehabilitation to those incarcerated. His leadership extends to the academic sphere as well, as he is the Chairman & Co-founder of the Zimbabwe Faith Ethics and Development Association.
